During his time at Dartmouth College, Keshav worked with Kusum L. Ailawadi to compile and analyze relevant data about inventory of various retail outlets from a wide variety of reputed brands including Nike, Asics, Brooks and Adidas in order to inform the author’s perspective on the various distribution strategies across different marketing channels. Keshav was personally thanked and is referenced in the Acknowledgements section of the book.
Kusum Ailawadi is the Charles Jordan 1911 TU’12 Professor of Marketing at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and current Chair of the Marketing Area. Her research focuses on the strategic interaction and distribution of power between manufacturers and their distribution channel partners.
